Cancellations made within a short time before the scheduled pickup may be subject to review, as drivers may already be allocated to your trip.
Refunds
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are issued when bookings are cancelled in accordance with our cancellation guidelines. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Bookings that are not cancelled within a reasonable time frame or missed without notice may not be eligible for a refund.
